Our Story

 

Our story began in 2011 when Turquaz Kebab House rebranded a small restaurant on 127 Street in Edmonton. There were no Turkish-Lebanese fusion restaurants so it was an interesting journey as we experimented and introduced our food to the community. We decided on a family oriented restaurant for the Turkish community and the Lebanese community to come and celebrate their heritage. After 4 years, in 2016, we gained many loyal customers and decided to expand and reach out to the larger community. Our leader took the courageous step and invested millions of dollars to create a comfortable family space and we were operational in 2017 as the biggest and best Mediterranean restaurant. We are very proud to serve our ever growing diverse community in Edmonton.

We aim to bring in top quality halal meats and products, grilled to perfection on real charcoal, to bring delicious and generous comfort food to your table. Our bakery uses a stone oven in house for fresh and steamy baked goods.

Our Space

 

As soon as you are welcomed through the door, you will find the soothing sight and sound of a waterfall.

 

Our smiling servers will guide you through the restaurant and assist you in finding the right order for you. You will find our busy chefs at work in our open kitchen and grill, continuously showing strong communication and teamwork to create a colorful and generous dish.

 

You will notice how big and spacious the restaurant is.

We have a designated area for special events like birthdays and other celebrations.

We have a professional presentation room with a projector to host meetings and conferences.

We are a family friendly restaurant so we have an interactive playroom for children to socialize in while the adults socialize at the table.

 

There is a prayer room and a wudu room. You may wash in the wudu room and prepare to pray in the prayer room.

 

In the summer, we open our patio for you to enjoy the fresh breeze and warm sun while you dine.
